was your childhood ambition?
To be a jockey
Is it true that your first job was as a trainee auctioneer? Yes
- my parents wanted me to be respectable but I was only interested
in being a jockey - I have ended being neither a jockey or respectable.

Not as many as my wife

Dinner with family and

I was once quoted in the
Racing Post as 'spending more time feeling Delius' legs than Carol's'.
