Food Festival is a great day out and full of culinary delights.

(Population of Ludlow is circa 10,000.) And this statistic is not just confined to the Michelin guide. The AA restaurant guide and the Consumers Association Good Food Guide show the same conclusions. And of course, you could stay a little longer to see some of the wonderful, unspoilt, hilly countryside and castles of the Marches. Ludlow
has a busy train station which is on the main Manchester to Cardiff
line. There are loads of great places to stay as well as some of
the finest restaurants outside of London. Don't forget, Ludlow is
a great place for Christmas shopping as it boasts lots of quirky,
unusual gift shops - perfect for finding that unique present for
the person that has everything!
